Botox (R) was brought to the market over 25 years ago for the treatent of spasms.  It was quickly discovered that the medication had cosmetic side effects and the medication was approved for this use.  Dr. Malitz has over 25 years experience with medical and cosmetic Botox (R).

The medication can be safe and effective when administered in the correct location and dilution for the reduction of rhytids (wrinkles).

There is a lot of smoke and mirrors when a patient is searching for a provider to administer the medication.   It is critical that it is delivered in the right concentration to the right location to maximize the effect and minimize the possibility of an adverse reaction.

The medication is effective in reducing forehead lines,  lines between the eyebrows, lines adjacent to the eyes (crows feet) and to some extent , lip lines*.
