In Nevada, rules and regulations require practicing Optometrists and Ophthalmologists to follow defined rules and regulations and submit to inspections for the health and safety of the public.

Very few practices are willing to take the necessary steps and pay the requisite fees to meet these requirements.

In any event, we must dispense your medication in person and we currently charge $95 for a supply of vials of medication.  We have samples available as well.

The medication has no contraindications and the chemical has been available for over 30 years as an over-the-counter medication called Afrin(R) or Oxymetazoline.
