Only $995/eye, PRK or LASIK, standard treatment program.  Includes pre operative exam, your choice of procedure, and 12 months of post operative care in our facility.   Re-treatment, if medically indicated and necessary (less than 2{60df113cd5a1cd00914727638812fb5300a840b86aa020a6e915251c64286fee} of our patients require re-treatment) at no charge for 1 year.

Must have valid Military ID.   Optional arrangements for out of town patients offered upon request.

We have alternative treatments for virtually any prescription.  Procedure is done in our office by board certified, experienced physicians.
